Caddo Parish Green Economy Task Force. Thursday, March 17, 2011. Six Study Groups will address specific areas for recommendations. The six areas of discussion are lead by members of the Task Force who will select a structure and invite expert and general public comment. All meetings are open to the public and times and place of meetings will be posted on the front, near door, at Government Plaza.
